A City Burning, a collection of 24 short stories, set in Wales, Northern Ireland and Italy. To be published 2020 by Seren Books. Completed with the support of a Writer’s Bursary, 2017 from Literature Wales and The National Lottery through the Arts Council of Wales.

Thorn House, a novel in progress, set in rural Northern Ireland supported by a S.I.A.P.  award 2017/18 from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.

    Read your short story The Road in NWR and it’s prompted me to send you a message re some photographs I have of Belfast from 1977. They were taken by a serving soldier on his tour of duty and passed on to me a couple of years ago. Please get in touch if you’d like to see them. Not sure what I should do with them and I’d welcome your thoughts. All the best and Merry Christmas. John Briggs

    1. John, I’d love to see them. Only sorry I didn’t take more photos myself at the time but the atmosphere discouraged that! I’ll email you.
